Richards loses 3-2 even with the only TD. 2 push outs and a 1st period clock warning. Dake does his thing (12-2) and Chance wins too, 7-2.

Richards done. Valencia is down and comes back to win 12-9 over Iran. Dake cruises and will wrestle Japan. Yes, the whole country.

On to quarters. I don't know when the champs are but will try to determine.

Both Chance (3-9) and Valencia (1-5) lose. Sliver lining is Iran loses and won't medal at 92kg.

Dake advances 6-4, step out with 27 seconds left for a 5-4 lead then a failed challenge at the end makes it 6-4.

WITH A PIN!!!!!
Amazing!!! Pinned and teched way thru Worlds, that’s gotta be a first! I thought the refs might rob DT on his 1st takedown. He took Yaz down with relative ease. Def Lb for Lb best on planet. I am so jazzed and pumped! Effing love that Zain won too!!! What a NLWC day!!!!

Great for DT and USA.

This is what happens when you get down and you have to go big.
