seems premature
Side note, @Tom McAndrew , did you see the report that Dak will miss several weeks with the hamstring injury? That's a big blow for Dallas. Now I'm watching how the Lamb and AJ injuries unfold. They would have a big impact on that game.
I had not seen that, as I've been off the board for the past few hours. When I saw the video of him on the pass (a play or two after he hurt the hamstring while scrambling), I had a suspicion that it would take some weeks before he could play.
What about Micah?Confirmed…All DFW news outlets reporting that Dak P will miss this weekends tilt with the Eagles. Also reporting that C Dee Lamb star receiver is also banged up and is on day to day watch.
he is supposed to playWhat about Micah?
Lamb will have a hard time playing. His shoulder is really banged up, he was laboring in yesterday’s game. I was impressed at how he stuck it out, all respect to him.Confirmed…All DFW news outlets reporting that Dak P will miss this weekends tilt with the Eagles. You are correct….on several plays he took himself out visibly hurt . My guess is that he will miss this game.Lamb will have a hard time playing. His shoulder is really banged up, he was laboring in yesterday’s game. I was impressed at how he stuck it out, all respect to him.
FYI I am good with going for 2 from the 1 yd line, some of the other calls IDK but the 2 pts, I am for....
just watch the colin part...
besides you play to win the game.
Lamb is pretty good. And Rush, the erstwhile backup who will start Sunday, might be an improvement on Prescott. We’ve seen it before (Clint Longley).I hope he takes a week off to heal up
Yeah, Lamb was visibly in great pain, kept on playing. They lost the game so that was a bad decision. I think you’re right about him missing the Philadelphia game next Sunday. You are correct….on several plays he took himself out visibly hurt . My guess is that he will miss this game.
Especially when you have a big lead. One more sure point for the opponent to overcome. That would probably be the only time I’d kick the EP from a snap at the 1 yard line. In a close game I’d go for 2 from the 1 yard line every time. You do play to win the game, which is why Colin raises reasonable points. When you're clearly better at home, take the easy points and make a bad team play perfectly to compete with you. That is the biggest analytics key you need.
I think the awful Barkley fumble call gets ignored too much in this debate. Had that been down by contact likeEspecially when you have a big lead. One more sure point for the opponent to overcome. It should have been, then this is all moot.
Whelp…. There’s that
If they can trade him, then that’s a great outcome. That contract may be an albatross.
Have you read the explanation for the call? It was a stumble?? I mean wtf?I think the awful Barkley fumble call gets ignored too much in this debate. Had that been down by contact like
