I think most of the people traveling to UCLA would not travel that far to see PSU Hockey play unless they are a diehard or live out west.

I would imagine I am one in the minority that would travel to see hockey over football.

Hockey tickets likely will cost more than the cavernous Rose Bowl.

I'd like to fly into PHX, catch the game and then fly to LA in the morning for the football game. Depending on the game time, might be tough to get back for the hockey nightcap (maybe a NetJet, probably how Kraft will do it, unless he attends with the Pegulas on their jet). I figured if anyone could do it, the Wandering Spectator could.

We are thinking about heading to Tempe for the series. Will watch the football game in a bar, even if we have to stream it on the iPad.

There was some hope, speculation, and some reporting that Porter Martone might follow Gavin McKenna, and opt to play for PSU next season. While he has decided to play college hockey this season, he's opted for MSU.

Season ticket renewal invoices are out as of this afternoon. Prices per seat per game have gone up, at least mine have (Sec. 121). Still a great value.
