Only thing i can think of is the Biscardi (sp) kickoff that wasn't a touchback, but maybe it was called.

We have still have stretches where we seemingly fall asleep on both sides of the ball.

Rhythm appears to be paramount for this team. Little mistakes seem to compound into stretches of poor execution, especially on offense.

I liked that when we started to go into one of those extended slumps early in the 2nd quarter & let them cut the lead to 17-7, we came back with a nice TD drive, a stop, and another TD drive to push it out to 31-7.

It looked like it was called to me. And we tackled the guy before the 25 so it worked out.

My thoughts too. Punting was even spot-on. It was refreshing to see a punt hit at the 1 and back-spin to be downed inside the 5 after years of seeing 35 yd punts from our own 30 then booming them through the uprights when punting from the 50.

I watched that kid do that twice in warm ups too. He definitely has the skill required to do it consistently. Of course, after he did it, our defense allowed a 97 yard TD drive. Against Bowling Green. That was my biggest frustration from yesterday.
