Carted into the locker room on 3rd play of the game with a leg injury. A lot of speculation that it’s an achilles tear. If so, a HOF career is over. You can see his calf bulging. Praying for the best for him. I was looking forward to seeing what the Jets would look like.

He could come back next season from an Achilles tear if he wants to do the work / rehab. Whether he wants to or not…that’s the question.

He seemed pretty reenergized to be in NY. A competitor like him, I could see him wanting to get back out there for a year or two. Or he could go back into the darkness and decide to hang it up. Will be a huge story over the next few weeks. Hoping it’s just a sprain and he misses some time but get back in there. Jets would’ve been a lot of fun to watch this season.

There's not a QB I would rather watch operate than him.

Queue up the Tom Brady rumors.

That $75 million fully guaranteed is looking pretty good right now for Rodgers.

In recent years, I've really developed a dislike for Rodgers with his whining and gosh-awful haircut (LOL). But even so, I hated to see him injured like that. I too was quite curious to see what he could do in NY. Could he do for the Jets what Tom Brady did for the lowly Bucs? I hope he's able to come back in a couple/few weeks - or if not, next year - and let us all see what could be.

It's an achilles...not official yet, but that's what it is. Going to be at least a year. Hope he doesn't hang it up. Always enjoyed watching him, even though I'm not a Pack fan.

Yeah, just hoping against hope. (You could tell from one replay angle how the defender fell on the back of his heel, just pulllllling that heel down....ouch)

Jets have 5 more unbearably unwatchable prime time games this year

We
not really...you lost a 1st round pick...if Rodgers played 65% of snaps GB got 1st rounder....now its a 2nd
Would have lost that game against the bears Sunday if he played for green Bay and didn't get hurt. I bet the bills would have won if he was healthy.

Wow what a shame. Reminded me of UNC game when we had the early injuries. I feel bad for Aaron and the Jets who finally had high hopes.
