So the logic (I've read) of the fans and coaching staff is that Rattler is gone after this season. Who will be starting next year then and who will be the second string behind whoever that is and what year will both of those players be??? -- Also -- Whoever is in charge of recruiting - the program needs you to *DOUBLE* the Amount of OL and DL we "normally" have because whatever that # is - it hasn't worked out in over 100 + years and counting. Get more better Lineman. It starts there.

Get Doty some meaningful playing time and don't worry about offending Rattler.

I'd say if he

Rattler doesn't get a projection of at least 3rd round, he might just be back.

I looked up his page, do you guys realize through 6 games he has 5 tds and 8 ints?

I think he's got a LONG way to go to be considered for a nfl team, much less a high round pick. It's also why I wonder if he might look for a different system. Just my speculation.

He already has the system he was looking for. If he doesn't leave for the pros, he isn't going anywhere else.

Agree with this. Rattler came here to learn a pro-style system.....it appears to be a bit complicated for him.

I think we have some really good OL and DL players committed for next year.

I know it's said Rattler came to Carolina to learn in a pro-style offense but is it possible that it's not working and we should convert to the offense he previously excelled in? In other words, are we trying to force a square peg into a round hole?

4 of the 8 are on the receivers. Still not good but 4 in 6 games is much better than 8.

Sometimes those "it's on the receiver" can still be on the qb for not throwing what they call a good "catchable" ball. Not singling out any specific throw, just saying in general.

But you're right, 5 tds and 4 ints in 6 games would be better. But even those numbers don't approach NFL ready.
