UNotCarolina is losing.
BC is losing.
1-7 if that holds

Poor bowl performance just proves how weak the conference was this season and why they didn't deserve two teams in the CFP.I honestly don't understand the obsession that some have for how teams in the ACC performing, and this goes across all sports
I honestly don't understand the obsession that some have for how teams in the ACC performing, and this goes across all sports
And how long have you been on this board ?I've never observed this obsession. I have observed people talking sports, in all kinds of ways, including how conferences are doing in different sports at different times.
2 very different data points. Bowls are all being played after selections to the CFP, so bowl performance, which is after the fact, would not be a measurable as to the selection processPoor bowl performance just proves how weak the conference was this season and why they didn't deserve two teams in the CFP.
Easy, because I hate the ACC and they hate us!I honestly don't understand the obsession that some have for how teams in the ACC performing, and this goes across all sports
See, I knew it was a thing.Easy, because I hate the ACC and they hate us!
Not really with opt outs and transfers.Poor bowl performance just proves how weak the conference was this season and why they didn't deserve two teams in the CFP.
If they all thier players they would still lose. They play bad football. Not

Some of us have zero respect for the ACC and enjoy seeing them wallow in misery at every opportunity. Witnessing their demise is especially entertaining when they're given way more credit than they deserve at the start of any given season as if the last season never happened. So it's often an additional bonus seeing the pollsters look like idiots. And quite frankly it should be pointed out when they do if you ask me. Truth is, aside from Clemson, I'd rather not play any of them ever and would like to see the rest of the SEC do the same other than rivals. I dont particularly like adding to their relevancy that the media works so hard to build.I honestly don't understand the obsession that some have for how teams in the ACC performing, and this goes across all sports
I will say at 3-4, so far everyone has played pretty much like who they were in the regular season. That is except for Tennessee crapping the bed.... which they will do historically from time to time. Can't say I'm too surprised thus far. Now if we lose more than we win of our remaining games, that would be a head scratcher. The SEC is currently getting raked over the coals for their bowl game performances so why not the ACC?
Look at it this way: Those folks have a built-in reason to watch and care about the outcomes of these games others call "meaningless." Who's having more fun?I honestly don't understand the obsession that some have for how teams in the ACC performing, and this goes across all sports
Actually, the SEC is 4-3. But you are right that everybody pretty much looks like they looked in the regular season, with the exception of the Tennessee game.I will say at 3-4, so far everyone has played pretty much like who they were in the regular season. I cant say they are worse than I had hoped but I can say they are worse than I thought.1-8 - Miami lost.

I tend to agree with you. I look at the overall conference bowl records at the end but it doesn’t mean as much as some suggest. There are way too many variables in today’s game not even considering opt outs, NIL, etc. just watched Miami because their quarterback didn’t play the second half. I’d rather focus on OUR team and what is needed to win then next game.I honestly don't understand the obsession that some have for how teams in the ACC performing, and this goes across all sports
Exactly???
Miami?
Or the ACC?
Or , yes?
For the record, I dont care much about how the SEC does as a whole or any other conference for that matter. There was a time I did but that was quite a few years ago. I can take or leave conference bowl records when it all said and done. I just like seeing the ACC lay an egg. Always have, always will. NILs and opt outs be damned. They shouldn't matter.I tend to agree with you. I look at the overall conference bowl records at the end but it doesn’t mean as much as some suggest. Ward sat out the second half and watched his team lose from the sideline. I believe he broke the NCAA record for TD passes, then sat. I mean, if you're gonna quit the team just don't show up. Glad they lost though because they allowed the taters into the ASheShe championship game.
I'm hoping the SEC pulls out the National Championship, but I'm not feeling too peaceful about it.Well, I’d take a Big 10 team over the field to win the Natty. ACC sucks, but Big 10 is the boss this year, not us. But yes, hope ACC loses all their bowl games.
The precedent was set years ago, however. Debo introduced it to us. Ethics and allegiance have gone out the window on this. I've been to several bowls, but why would I spend what it takes and put up with the inconvenience to go to a bowl now when something like this is liable to happen?I would never draft a guy that abandons his team.
I'm not a Debo fan to this day because of that. The precedent was set years ago, however. Debo introduced it to us. Ethics and allegiance have gone out the window on this. Totally agree. If you are playing, your are playing..so if his team is eliminated from tbe playoffs in tbe NFL, does he sir tbe remainder of the season? The NFL could help teach these kids a lesson in humility. Let Ward drop to the 2nd round and explain why on national TV. This stupid crap would stop.I would never draft a guy that abandons his team.

Because they hate us, that's why.I honestly don't understand the obsession that some have for how teams in the ACC performing, and this goes across all sports
You are correct about that.Poor bowl performance just proves how weak the conference was this season and why they didn't deserve two teams in the CFP.
They hated us when we were in the ACC. They treated us like crap.Easy, because I hate the ACC and they hate us!
Boy, I ever agree with you. Some of us have zero respect for the ACC and enjoy seeing them wallow in misery at every opportunity.
