To my golfing buddies...need some help. Looking to buy an indoor net and mat to hit balls this winter. Any thoughts? Have a 2 car garage...12 foot high ceiling. Do not want to spend more than $300...thanks for the help!
I am 2.5 miles from an Indoor Golf Facility...they charge $30 to hit balls for an hour. I am only looking to hit balls 3x a week which is why i don't want to spend more than $300.I think you are severely under budgeting for the project. This net is very easy set up and break down and stable. To get cheaper you could buy golf netting sized, but then you have to construct a frame.

Build your own out of PVC pipe and inexpensive netting. Fill the base PVC with sand for weight. The beauty of this solution is that the PVC pipe can be disassembled (i.e. don't glue the joints). To my golfing buddies...need some help. I was taught with wiffle golf balls and a swatch of heavy pile carpet....my pro said he wanted me to do 100 swings a day with varying clubs to develop muscle memory and the wiffle balls come off the club head same as regular....just only go about 15-20 feet. He was big on always using the same swing and use your clubs to change distance. This worked for me....plus it was cheap!....you can get them on amazon and Dick's..To my golfing buddies...need some help. Looking to buy an indoor net and mat to hit balls this winter. Any thoughts?
