The fact is that no matter how good we are or how good anyone is, there will not be an undefeated team in this league. #1 Tennessee got drilled by 30 the other night. Winning 11 SEC games would be a great accomplishment. We are likely going 1-2 in our next 3 as well. I just pray that we beat Ole Miss at home so that the entire fanbase doesn't quit on this team.

Agree and driving home last night from a packed & rockin house was thinking, this makes the OM game even more bigly than usual. Man was that fun (except the final result). If Hub (or someone) could have drained a 3 or two at the end the roof would have come off the place.
Assuming you are thinking OM is the "1", it brings up the fun question,. Who's OK if the 1 is either AU or TN (or both for 2-1!) but lose (or loose) to OM? For me, the thinking side says one thing but emotional side says goodness I can't sit there and watch that in our house. Of course I'd go with no doubt Q1 wins but day-um would that be hard to take but would give it up for the seed line.

Yea, when you have 10 teams in the sec being projected as ncaa tournament teams, you are going to lose several and that’s okay. Losses sometimes make you better, the idea is to peak at the end of the year.
This is true. However it's hugely disappointing to lose this game because it was winnable. Also for the huge turnout of support, fans could use the win. However.... we didn't. So...
I'm thinking we finish January 4-4 in sec play.... hopefully.
