Have never been to Hard Rock Stqdium before. Any inside tips on where to park that's affordable, safe, easy to get out of?

Remote lot with shuttle? Public transportation access? Etc.

Thanks in advance.

Orange lot... but have to get there early. You can park wherever you want. Other parking lots are controlled parking immediately. After a certain time the parking staff start telling people where to park in the orange lot. Most of us (All PSU peeps) are looking to get there around 1-2pm and park together for our tailgate. Anyone with yellow parking pass or paying cash would have to walk across the street to the orange lot.

I went to a Dolphins game about 10 years ago there, and we parked at a hotel near the stadium (conventiently called Stadium Hotel) and took a shuttle in. They had specific lanes in the parking area for shuttles, so you did not get caught up in the traffic in and out.

Any particular landmark (flag, etc.) to find the gathering? And of course there are multiple yellow and orange lots...

They have switched a few things around from their normal parking arrangement for Dolphins games. We usually park what is now the silver lot. Talking to people we think you can enter Orange Lot 2A and park where ever you want. Probably around 3-4pm the staff will start directing parking. Our current plan is enter Orange Lot 2A and see if we can park where we want (obviously if you have a orange lot parking pass). If not see if you can still park there sometimes cash if your friend. They also open the gates much earlier than posted. So enjoy and have a great time. Weather should be perfect, low 70s with clear skies and no wind.

When Penn State played in the Orange Bowl back in 2006, I left my hotel and put Orange Bowl into my GPS. The game wasn't until 8:00 PM so I wasn't really surprised that traffic was pretty light at 10:00 AM when we were headed that way from the hotel. However, I was very surprised to roll into the parking lot to discover that we were literally the first people there! After a few minutes I realized the game was at Dolphins Stadium, which was a few miles away.

Park in somebody’s yard? That worked for old Orange Bowl.
