My cousin who lives in Manhattan got Covid a couple weeks ago. One of my colleagues who lives in Brooklyn got Covid last week. My wife had a mild case of the flu a few weeks ago. I got a mild case last Saturday (we live in Mountaintop).

Got back from NYC about a half-hour ago. Feeling fine now, but I’m waiting to see if an A$$. BEATING. o_O is in the offing.

This guy goes to his doctor and tells the doc he is feeling really crappy.

So the doctor runs some tests and tells him to come back the following day for the results.

The guy comes back and the doc says "Well, I have bad news and worse news. Which do you want to hear first?"

"Give me the bad news first, doc."

"OK, you have AIDS," says the doc.

The guy crumples in disappointment and anguish, sheds a few tears, and finally composes himself. "So you have worse news?"

"Yes, the worse news is that you have Alzheimers."

The guy again crumples in disappointment and anguish, but after shedding a few tears, he brightens up a bit and says "Well, doc, at least I don't have AIDS."

Merry Christmas. Get better, Mr. Potter.

We have had so many students coming to school sick with coughs, fevers, nausea etc. I got a cold like thing last week—- sore throat, sinus issues, no fever. COVID negative on 3 tests. RSV is running rampant in kids and adults alike. Push fluids and get rest. Best advice. T‘is the season!

I traveled to Michigan for work in November. Highs were in the low 30s with snow every day. With the weather, a busy schedule, and being in contact with lots of people for four days, it’s no surprise that I started feeling sick the day after I got home. Slight fever, chills, runny nose, intermittent cough. Went to the doctor and was tested for COVID. o_O , RSV, and the flu. I had the flu. The doctor told me to alternate ibuprofen and acetaminophen every three hours and ride it out. I fully recovered in a few days.

RSV, flu and colds have been dominant in the schools since mid October. I started calling my one class the TB ward. Glad to hear you’re on the mend!
