Anyone know Tenn. Injury Status?

Just read Beamer's comments on our injury situation (some good news, some not so good). Did hear that Milton will play for UT, but is banged up and will be wearing a knee brace. Could limit his mobility somewhat.

Anyone know anything about where Tennessee is injury-wise coming into this game?

Honestly I hope Milton plays. South Carolina has a history of making back-up first game QB's look like the second coming of Joe Montana. I say play against who you prepare for and that is Milton. I know he has a cannon for an arm but accuracy can be issue. Also if he can throw it so long, we cant do like last week and let WR's get behind the defense so much or he will kill us deep.

Milton will be wearing a brace and will start. That means he'll be limited in the running game.

If he gets hurt the #2 QB is a 5* freshman who has only thrown 16 passes in two games. The #3 is a walk-on.

UT guys I talk to say that Nico is not near ready to play. And if Milton goes down they are cooked.

Good point on making backups look like All-Pros. Milton's arm is insane but accuracy leave something to be desired. Obviously we are preparing to face Milton, but limited running will help make him one-dimensional to a point.

On our side, good to hear AB is back. Love his quickness and can be a real good compliment to XL since I'm guessing teams are going to start doubling XL. Need Wells back soon.
