Hubbard need to develop other ways to score besides 3s. Look at Trae Young, they are about the same size but Young goes into the paint and has a floater he can use to score against anybody. Hubbs will never have Young’s handles or passing ability but he can work on ways to impact the game when his 3 isn’t falling.

I don't know why the SEC thought these guys would be professionals calling the game. Oh, that's right, they would have to think about someone other than Auburn; that explains it right there.

ETA – one of them is acting like an idiot in the student section.

I think you helped make my point. Only one of those four teams is getting absolute abused from beyond the arc.
I think you find that Auburn shot 41% tonight from 3. 4% above their average. We allow 34% from 3 which is about average.

Problem is the differential between what we have made vs our opponents.

Yea, I was on the road and saw first half Auburn 8-15 from beyond the arc and we were 1-14.....thats the story.

When Hubbard is off, which is basically the last 5 games, we are clueless offensively. It just looks so hard for them.

Right now is a good time to develop other scoring options. Too easy for good teams to try to take Hubbard out. Cam and Hubbard had a bad night, need Claudell and Melendez to step up. I’m not too worried really a road loss to #1.
