I heard a discussion on 107.5 yesterday which sounded like an argument for Landon Powell but they would not name him specifically.
The argument was that what the program needs is someone who knows the SC program and tradition and because of that knowledge and past participation they can recruit athletes who can and want to return the program to what it has demonstrated can be. Sounds a lot like like an advocate for a former member of the program such as a former player, coach, administrator, etc.

I am just going to trust that our current AD is going to make a solid hire.Why do I feel like if it was Ray who was still in charge, this would be labeled as a failure on his part for being played and schooled for not signing him as the coach?
