Does anyone know much about who Polk signed? Do we have any other recruits to bring on board? ( Patrick Palmeiro) Any speculation of current players that will "jump ship"? I'm jonesing for some juicy info . .. . can somebody hook a brother up???

6 in the fall and just added a 7th. Its the worst class that I can remember. Devin Jones (Eupora), Caleb Reed (Bayou Academy) and Tyler Johnson (state of AL) are considered the "headliners". Jones was taken in the 49th round, but all accounts are that he will not be an impact player. We signed a guy out of D.C. who didn't pitch as a junior and wasn't injured.

Croom has several recruits that seem to be talented baseball players also. Will Croom allow Cohen to dress out a few of his players? If Cohen is looking for a way to save a scholarship that could be a good solution for him to do a little brown nosin with CC.

In an article the other day, Croom asked Dixon what he was going to do and then told him that Cohen would be calling him pretty soon. So, sounds like Croom wants Cohen to help him recruit Dixon, so that he doesn't sign that minor league contract with the A's.
