I've been on Hulu Live since pretty much day one. Its fine, but the price keeps creeping up and it still gets a little glitchy. And there is no option to watch the Braves on Ballys that I can tell.

FuBoTV looks like Ballys comes standard with all the other sports channels I'd need to watch the dawgs for $75. I'm leaning this way unless someone knows something I don't. Its about the same price as Hulu though.

Youtube and Sling still options? I've really gotten to where I watch zero local or national news. I really just need a sports package. Is that a thing yet?

I have Fubo and it's pretty good, just a little pricey, but I also like that I can get WTVA, WCBI and WLOV with Fubo. I've heard good things about YoutubeTV, and they carry the local channels as well, I just haven't looked into it as much.

I have Fubo and it is ok. Some buffering, but could be my internet. Price has gone up (over $100 per month) and is now more than YouTube. Have considered making the switch to YouTube, but haven’t pulled the trigger.

Never heard of them. How long have you been on it? Looks like I could get 6 months cheaper than one month of Fubo.
About 6 months. Biggest problem is digging thru all the channels but I'm getting to know where to look. Literally anything you could possibly wanna watch is on there. I pay every 3 months. You have to go on the website and make your payment. Nothing automatic. You get HBO and Cinemax and all that junk too. If you have kids you have to get the one with no adult channels. Like 70 porn channels on there so be careful with that. I was skeptical too but a guy at work suggested it. Only bad thing is no DVR

I'm in the same boat. Hulu keeps jacking up the price. I was with YouTube TV and loved it, great service and very user friendly. I left when they had the ESPN dispute. I still get worried that anytime there is a renegotiation with YouTube ESPN is going to hold them hostage and I'd lose all the ESPN controlled networks. With Hulu that will never happen unless Disney gets rid of ESPN or Hulu.

I sprung for the 3 month package. Best $45 ever spent. But do whatever ya think. Not like I work for them. I got tired of paying $170 a month for DTV.

Well I think I've figured out in the past couple of days I have Disney plus included with Hulu, but I'm also paying for Disney Plus separately. Not sure how they snuck that one by me.

I just really want Ballys.

As a Braves fan, I switched from YouTube TV to DirecTV Stream just so I could watch the Braves and have access to Sunday Ticket to watch the Steelers. Now that Direct doesn't have Sunday Ticket I'm having to pay extra for YouTube access to it. It's all a scam and I'd love to speak to the people who were yelling "I'm cutting the chord to save money" a while back and see how much they are paying now (include Netflix, Hulu, AppleTv,etc).

We decided to switch this week after the Disney/Spectrum slap fest. We've gone with YouTube TV, and I just put in an Amazon Fire Stick, and it's probably the best thing I've bought in years. I already have an Apple TV, but the remote that comes with it is not very good for scanning channels. Setting up on the Fire Stick takes a little time, but it's easy, especially If you already have Alexa or an Amazon account. One of the most significant differences I can see is the quality of picture streaming versus what we had with cable. At least for me, the difference in quality is substantial.

ETA - When I looked closer at my old cable bill, I paid $25 a month just to get cable. No joke.

I was almost paying $25 monthly for the DVR box and the DVR service.

I am such a dumbassss for just now noticing this. They nickel and dime your *** to death.

You just keep flushing your money down the toilet peeper. So far it's working fantastic for me. Maybe one day I will realize that it's a scam but paying $170 a month for way less seems like the real scam
I'm not flushing anything, I'm not a tv slave that has to have all the channels. I pay for internet, 1 streaming service (Hulu, not HuluTV), and have a ROKU and antenna, that's it.

Here's articles about how cable providers can come after subscribers (like you) too in addition to Break Cable for pirated channels. DISH actually won the suit against the pirated service and $90,000,000 in the process.

Anything without a DVR is worthless to me. I've been with FUBO for a few years, but I pause my subscription when football is over. They jacked up my price to over $80/month this month, so I'm shopping again. Only thing is I have a bunch of recorded games on FUBO and hate to lose them.

I have used Sling and YouTube TV in the past, and they are fine. Don't know their current prices.

I really wish ESPN/ABC would just buy their way out of the cable contracts and provide a stand alone app. They could name their price.

Do you want Bally’s for the Braves or hoops? If for the Braves there’s only 3 weeks left in the season. All the playoff games will be on TBS and Fox.

I’m hopeful that by next season MLB ditches the regional channels or at least lifts the blackout rules. I hate Ballys. Worst channels ever and their app is worthless.

I think they'll do this eventually with just an ESPN stand along streaming service with ESPN, 2, U, News plus all the ESPN+ content. But it'll be a big time price point

I have had fubotv premium for a few years now. The Bally addition was very good. I pay quarterly to save some dollars. I tried Hulu Live and it was absolutely horrible. Fubotv is so much better. I never have done YTTV so i can't compare that.

We are about to give YouTube TV a try. Xfinity/Comcast isn't available where we are moving and I'm over it with their prices.

I actually looked back at all my statements this morning and it looks like I've been credited for it. I'm going to assume this is the answer and do no further digging.

Just the Braves, and I realize the season is almost over. Still wanting to move away from Hulu...I think.

If the MLB package would remove the blackout restrictions I'd just go that route.

YouTubeTV is the best I have ever used. Simple, works everywhere, you can share it with family under the youtube/google family plan, and it has access to HBO max and literally every sports channel. Infinite DVR too.

I would cancel today. Kill the CC associated with it and get something legit. $15 is so far below market rate that there is a 0% chance that they are doing this legally. And a near 0% chance that whatever info you provided to them won't end up exposed/abused/sold.

Directv. I don’t give a rats *** it costs more. They have everything on there I want.
I use YouTube tv, but there's something to be said for not having to switch around apps. And the Directv guide is the GOAT, really miss that.

I said the same thing for years and then we finally got good fiber internet service. I reluctantly switched to YouTube TV and I couldn't be happier. I went from 200+ channels to about 70 channels and I honestly can't tell the difference.

When I called to close my S$pectrum account, Disney told Spectrum customers to get Disney+. Spectrum was offering crazy stuff like giving their customers a discount on their cable bill if they subscribed to Disney+ to get the Nat Geo replays until negotiations with Disney+ were resolved. ESPN viewers were out of luck. I sent their DVR box back today through UPS.

Have been thinking my Spectum account isn’t all that expensive compared to You Tube when they have the basic PLUS add ons like Max, Showtime, etc.
I think it may be a couple dollars cheaper but maybe not enough to change.
IF they get this Disney BS worked out.
