Maybe some necessary context: He's 11, has no official offers (though has apparently visited multiple programs) and has previously been committed to SoCal, Bama, UF, UGA, UT, Nebraska, OSU, Michigan, Colorado, LSU, Oklahoma, A&M and Missouri.

We'll have our work cut out for us to keep this kid on board for 7 years.

His dad is a sad individual propping up his kid to make money. His dad is also like 5'11 or something so the kid likely has odds stacked against him genetically to actually turn out to be a D1 sized athlete. I feel really bad for the kid.
