There's a lot of in fighting going on with that team. I think you'll see them bring in someone with NFL head coaching experience. I think Brian Flores would be a great candidate as he's known for his discipline and got the Dolphins pointed in the right direction. The problem is most of his staff is still with the Dolphins.Who is out there for them (other than Franklin of course).

They may not have the draft capital to make that happen. New Orleans will demand draft picks to let Payton go to another team.
The Wilson trade is an all time bust for Denver. They’re giving up a top 5 pick this year and possibly another high first next year for the right to pay Wilson top $ to stink up the joint.
I think Elway is just a consultant now and there's a different ownership group.

Wow Elway and the GM really screwed the pooch.
I will give him another year before I say it is a bust. Hackett just wasn't a good fit for him. Wilson was probably playing his way into the HOF eventually until this season. I still feel Wilson has the talent to bounce back. People seem to forget he went from throwing to DK Metcalfe and Tyler Lockett to Jeudy and Courtland Sutton, that is a huge drop.
Oh yeah. Denver thought those picks would be in the late first round with Wilson, but at least one will be top 5 or so. We’ll see if Wilson improves next year, but it’s looking like a mistake as of now. Hard to imagine him being this bad, to be honest.
The only contract worse is Watsons at Cleveland. What a bunch of idiots and that is not hindsight.
Just to watch heads explode at both Michigan and Ohio State, I'd love to see Urban Meyer to Michigan, although it'd be no fun to play against them.
That Watson contract f*cked the league for a decade. Look at guys like Lamar Jackson who now think they deserve fully guaranteed money like Watson. You’ll have a decade of franchise tags, contract holdouts and bruised feelings among the rising crop of young star QBs. And that’s not factoring the supporting players who will resent the QB money involved and attitudes.
That’s all because Haslam and his incompetent cronies had to have Watson at any cost.
They will hire some repeat coach who failed somewhere else…once an NFL coach, always an NFL coach.Who is out there for them (other than Franklin of course).
