This game is putting football back 75 years. No one can throw or catch or block. The Arizona FG kicker is the mvp so far.

I woke up to find that the Bucs win in OT, Trace 24-45, 0 TD, one pick. I watched his first drive.

Having your 3rd string QB throw the ball 45 times is insane, especially when your opponent struggles against the run. I thought they would limit Trace and he would maybe throw 20-25 times with Conner getting about 30 rushes. They did have success with Conner, but Kingsbury is such an offensive guru and stopped using him late. It just hard to tell this late cause teams really do try to lose.
That said, Trace has stuck in the NFL for 4 years, but I am starting to doubt if he is a NFL QB. He now has like 6 turnovers in his last 6 quarters or something with the pick and 2 fumbles lost last night.

I think the pick last night was a hail Mary on the final play of the half - no big deal. The fumble was blind side by a guy who had free run at full speed. TO wise, I thought Trace was okay. However, agree he is not an NFL starter talent. However, he is a good fit to fill in for emergencies. I thought a couple times he passed on runs that would have been good for a FD. Most of the night he was under some serious pressure, and was able to get out of it.

announcers made a nice plug saying that Chris Godwin was the top WR at PSU when Trace was QB.

I get that but it’s still a turnover. The Hail Mary amazed me. He threw it from their 45 and got it to the 10. He couldnt even get it to the end zone.
