I'm going with a soft sell at this point. Suspended DL is no big deal, but I can't decide what Croom may do about the open container. However, my sell is based on the fact that there is no mention of Pegues being under the influence while driving.

By the time the season rolls around, this will have occured so long ago that nobody will even care. I'd say that the worst that happens during the acutal season is that he doesn't "start", but comes in on the second play.
