Who you goan call? Ghost.......?Take that loser Zach Selmon with you!
I honestly hate that I’m agreeing with @patdog about baseball. It means we truly suck. Sometimes the decision is really this easy.I’m not sure we’re committed to being a good program to fire him. If we were, we would have done it 2 years ago. Have you seen our stadium? Or been fed in the Left Field Lounge (visiting team/fans only)? That’s all that matters.

36-60 in Sec games is on the way to being fired.I’m not sure we’re committed to being a good program to fire him. If we were, we would have done it 2 years ago. Have you seen our stadium? Or been fed in the Left Field Lounge (visiting team/fans only)? That’s all that matters.
Sh!+ I’m agreeing with Pat, Goat, and Irish. When’s that asteroid supposed to get here?
I wish the purveyors of this NIL bull$h!+ of which you speak God speed. Good luck convincing tapped out poorz in this fan base to donate yet more hard earned money overseen by this clownshow of an athletic administration.A new coach is going to require a uptick in the NIL fund.
Again our NIL is drifitng towards the bottom of the league. Aint no one going to come in and be successful fighting the goliaths of this league without a better NIL fund than we currently have... PERIOD.
That said... they could probably all do better then Lemonis at this point... but we gonna need to pony up some NIL money to compete at the top of the league again.
Im not saying anyone needs to donate anything more... to each their own.I wish the purveyors of this NIL bull$h!+ of which you speak God speed. Good luck convincing tapped out poorz in this fan base to donate yet more hard earned money overseen by this clownshow of an athletic administration.
Finally some GOOD NEWS.Again our NIL is drifitng towards the bottom of the league.
Why wait to fire him?36-60 in Sec games is on the way to being fired.
Maybe so, but if we were coached better and played more sound, fundamental baseball we can do significantly better with what we've got. We are losing most of these games by 1 or 2 runs due to our screwups, not because we don't have the talent. NIL would probably tick up quite a bit with a coaching change though. A lot of folks have already started to check out on this staff. I believe we should do whatever we need to in support of baseball though in that its really the only male sport on campus that we can compete at an elite level with the right coach. We've never been able to do it in football or basketball and the current college sports environment (primarily driven by player payments) just makes us at that much more of a disadvantage than we were before.A new coach is going to require a uptick in the NIL fund.

You nailed it! If we had better coaching or Coaches the NIL would take care of itself. It's not so much NIL problem in baseball as it's not nearly as expensive to compete. Looking at USM and Troy don't seem to have problems as both or ranked.Maybe so, but if we were coached better and played more sound, fundamental baseball we can do significantly better with what we've got. Texas AM-- obvious coaching change and hit pretty hard by injuriesYou nailed it! If we had better coaching or Coaches the NIL would take care of itself. Coaches make a huge difference as it takes someone driven and motivated which ain't happening in baseball. We shouldn't be in this situation in baseball, not even close.
If all it takes is NIL why is Florida and TAM 0-6 right now.
Let be be clear, I'm not saying NIL isn't important but not nearly as much as football and basketball.Texas AM-- obvious coaching change and hit pretty hard by injuries
Florida lost Cags and have played Tenn and Georiga.. the top program in american and georiga is probably a top 5 team. They'll be fine at years end.
NIL matters,. Foolish to think otherwise--- however agree we should be better than we are now
