I think it's important to note that while Franklin was unsuccessful in getting such outstanding QBs to commit to PSU, he was in early on in identifying talent like Williams and Justin Fields. With NIL, we will now have a legitimate shot at securing these types of players.

Let's face it, PSU got a little lucky getting in early with Allar. But, as NIL matures, it will probably become harder/more expensive to secure an elite QB in the future.
