No thanks. We hired the flavor of the week once. The Darrin Horn era was miserable. Doesn’t mean it would turn out the same way…but we need to keep doing what it sounds like we’re doing.
So you didn’t look up his record I see if you are comparing him to Horn. At least this place is officially embracing FGF tactics (blind responses, ignorance). Feels like home again
So of course we won’t go after him. I didn’t know that they were going after him, makes sense, KSU probably has the upper hand
That’s why I said “doesn’t mean it would turn out the same way”. Not all mid-major guys are Darrin Horn. Just pointing out we don’t need this kind of hire…what we are apparently doing with Sean Miller is the right thing.
The reality is many, probably including you, hadn’t heard of Chris Jans until last night. Unless it’s for getting fired from Bowling Green for being sloppy drunk and inappropriately touching a female student. He wasnt even on the radar for us. Yet he wins a game in the tournament and now we should consider him…rinse and repeat with every mid-major coach this week.
Sorry, it’s not ignorance. It happens every year.
