I'd like to see Stanford and SMU playing for the title if that's even posssible.

I wonder how these west coast ACC teams (Cal and Stanford) will like traveling across the country for almost every away game. I'll be curious to see their success rates in those games. Difficult to adjust to the 3 hour time difference in just one day.
That truly is a classic. Like Georgia and Florida, for most of their history, Clemson and Stanford have played each other in Jacksonville.
It is a stupid arrangement to begin with. It's almost like they made this huge mess just as a favor to those west coast schools who were left in the cold.

ACC is desperate adding two Pac12 rejects. It's really a Big East conference. Va is probably wishing they had left with Maryland.

No matter what they looked like, they still played like Stanford!
Not sure how comforting that is to the ACC fans on the east coast. Game ends somewhere around 2am.
