I’m more interested in the Kennedy decision. Sounds like he was canned. I Didn’t think our OL was awful last year. Some of Booth’s success was about the OL.

They looked really bad early on. but that's expected for a new system. Kennedy was virtually fired from Arky when we hired him. IMO, 2 odd decisions on the OL coaching front.

Only reason I can see in hiring Loadholt was he was friends with Lebby when he was an analyst for OU and maybe he can bring an O lineman with him ?

Hutzlers buyout must be too big to fail. Turner also seemed like a candidate for early retirement.

Yeah. But he’s Lebbys long time friend. That’s the only qualification he needs.
Good coach, Croom, good coach, Moorhead, good coach, Lebby. Seen this movie before. Just have to hope we come to our senses on Selmon so he doesn't make another bad hire and REALLY tank the program.

Some of y'all would schit on an ice cream cone if Lebby was the one who handed it to you.

Probably, but seems he could be reassigned to a position only coach.

Loadholt spent 7 years playing in the NFL. I imagine he knows a thing or two about the offensive line. If anyone spent 7 years doing a job as simple as being an o lineman I would consider you a subject matter expert. Whether he can coach, recruit, or motivate remains to be seen, but Lebby should know if anyone does.

He was at UCF with Lebby as well as OU. Eta I forgot OM also. Plus 7 years in the NFL as a player. Supposedly he knows the offensive scheme well. He was hired at Colorado because the line was putrid last year. Prime didn't want his son to get killed. Is he better than Kennedy ? Idk. Hope so. Arkansas was happy to get rid of him and their offense improved so we will see I guess. The other dude is from Suqualak

There were rumors he was going to hire Loadholt last year, and then he ended up in Colorado.

Exactly. Plus they worked on the same staff at 3 different schools. So Lebby probly knows more about than guys abilities than most people on this site. Probably.

That’s what I wonder about. Lebby wanted this guy last year but he went to Colorado. So why is he leaving Colorado for State now? Did he not like Deion or did Deion decide to make a change?

Vs your alternative universe of black clouds and chicken little syndrome. So much more exciting to read end of the world thoughts. Coaches are fired and rehired showing different results at their next spot. Your just an idiot.

Might better edit this quickly. I know from experience. They’ll give you some grace if you aren’t an ******* (which I was many times obviously).

We've got some coaches that can apparently recruit. Hope the new editions can coach.

That’s never been the best strategy for MSU, in all honesty.
