Mine is Carolina 28-24. I could see them winning a close game, but only see a blowout going our way. If we win the run game and match the pass game it’s over.

Just a gut feeling.

If we do well at everything we need to do well, then I think we would win. Our highly uninspiring start against Wofford gives me pause though. We did not look like a team who was ready to go and take what's ours.

Sellers also has a turnover in each of the last 2 games after he'd gone several games without any. Hoping the turnover bug isn't coming back.

Also, just not sure we are ready to play with all the expectations and buzz.

Not a score prediction, but I am the guy who also reads the Tigernet. I enjoy seeing their perspective on our recent success as well as watching them melt down after a loss or in the midst of a subpar season. Sue me. While we know full well the chance we have of losing Saturday, I have to say it’s extremely entertaining watching them build themselves up as why they “know” they’re going to beat us in a few days. The squirming and obvious overcompensation are quite delicious.

I guess I’ll add a score prediction, however. 31-17 Cocks.

The eye test means a lot to me.
I don't think our wins are as high quality as some think and our losses aren't as bad as some think.
Clempson has 0 quality wins so there is no way to really judge them.
I think if both teams play clean we have the advantage if we turn it over they can overcome our D line advantage.

In all seriousness, I can understand your concern. A lot of pressure on this game, and I wonder as well, can they handle it.
We shall see.

35-13 Carolina if we get Simon and Smith back at TE
Simon being held out on Saturday had to have been a precaution. Based on what Beamer said all last week, had it been a bigger game with more doubt, I am confident Simon would have been on the field. That's just my feelings, though.

For me, it's a mental thing, like beating A&M in 2022 or Missouri this year. It wasn't an overall talent issue as it had been in previous seasons but rather getting over the mental hump and realizing we were actually capable of beating this team. Clemson does not overall have us out-talented this year. But they own the series as of late, mostly in dominating fashion, so the team just has to shake off the bad mental vibes.

Oh, didn't realize he was out against Wofford. Don't like our chances at all if he's out or limited vs Clemson.

Here's how I judge clemson. They don't play anybody. when they do they lose. They have some good wins, but they're all over bad teams. They were fortunate to escape Pitt with a win thanks to a long run TD by the QB. Pitt was without their starter at QB.

I think so as well. I believe Simon knows he can have a monster game against clemson. A lot of our players can. It's really our time to beat them. We have a better defense, better skill players, more seniors. The only area they seem to have us clearly beaten as the OL. And they were shuffling their OL against Pitt.

And if we do beat them decisively, like 2 TDs or more, there will be much wailing and gnashing of teeth from the orange faithful regarding Dabo's near refusal to use the portal.

I think the SCar D-Line vs our beat up O-line will tell the tale. I wouldn't be surprised to see a score like 24-7 SCar if we aren't healthy there.

But, I'm a Clemson man, an optimist, and a homer. We win the turnover battle and get a late stop. 28-20 Tigers!

The Citadel showed that Clemson can be run on. Clemson's OL is also a patchwork group and I think the key is if the Gamecock DL gets penetration on passing downs and stuffs the run more often than not. If that happens then it will be hard for Clemson.

Good pick, I see us leading into the 4th, with them threatening to take the lead and the win in the final minutes.

We’ll take it any way we can get it for sure. I’d like to see us with the lead and the ball. Then watch them get just get run over by Sanders and Sellers at the end as we run out the clock.
