Right. I think first step is to get rid of Bjork for agreeing to such an absurd contract. Jimbo has so much power in that contract. I don’t think they can even require him to hire a true OC. If all of his 5 star recruits don’t have them at 10 wins in 2023, you fire him and start the new conference with a new big name coach. I also think you require Bjork to permanently retire the Yell Leaders right before you fire him.

My takeaway from that is Jimbo's slogan for the season is "tanking for 96".
