....I remember going to LSU the week after the Maine Debacle in 2004 and hearing LSU fan after LSU fan be nice and say "you've got a good coach, he'll get it turned around." Made me wonder if I was lost.

they felt bad for us because our football team and program was a complete train wreck. LSU beat us that day 51-0 or something like that, and they could have named the score. The sad thing is Saban didn't try to run it up, we were just that bad and couldn't stop them at all. I don't think we crossed the 50 on their defense either.

I don't think that they were trying to be PC at all.

I'll say this- IF we have another 7-8 win season this year, Croom turning us around would be an absolutely remarkable job considering where we were.</p>
