Beau's statement in the Collegian that the coaches told him "Carter won't be signed to NLWC because of bad character" in an attempt to get him to sign with NLWC seems interesting now.

I venture if they made that statement, they were thinking about the entire team and not just Beau and would stick with that decision whether Beau was around or not.

Just more junk to be ignored.

Makes one wonder if slumlord Bob's chief recruit this offseason was someone he met on only fans named Syd.
Interesting thought. Most likely just a conspiracy theory, but there’s enough rationale in your post to make me wonder if you’re really on to something.

At first glance and second consideration it seems down right far-fetched. The longer the thought rests in your head the more comfortable it becomes as not all that far-fetched. Weird and sad.

Awesome seems Carter is very happy and everyone is happy he’s in the room wrestling as a NLWC teammate. Time to move forward.
Sorry for the late response here. My wife and I attended the same practice as a benefit for working at the NLWC golf tourney. Carter was the first wrestler we ran into and he immediately got a great smile and gave us both a big hug. He worked with Snyder almost the entire practice and seemed to be interacting as normal with all teammates and guests. I've posted before that Carter is my 91 y/o MIL's favorite wrestler and he asked us to pass on his best wishes to her. Dake spent the practice with Levi throwing each other around and Bo (not Beau) was working out with Barr. Other former PSU favorites who were there ... Conaway, McIntosh, Cassar, Retherford ... Great experience!!

About

As a Staff Sergeant in the US Army, I’m incredibly proud to wear the green beret and to have served in the 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne) as a communications sergeant. As of 2024 I’m currently representing the Army’s World Class Athlete Program in pursuit of world and Olympic medals in the sport of wrestling.

In 2016 I graduated from Penn State with a BA in criminology. I also won 3x All-American awards for the Penn State wrestling team and was fortunate enough to be a part of 4 NCAA national team titles.

In 2017 I enlisted in the army to pursue my goal of becoming an army special forces operator. As a Green Beret, I learned how to adapt to constantly changing environments, to never stop learning, to solve complex problems and to work closely with a 12 person team to accomplish a mission. I consider the soft and technical skills I learned in this job to be invaluable.

In 2022 I returned to the sport of wrestling to pursue my goal of competing in the Olympics. I’m able to train full time to represent the Army in domestic and international competitions. In 2023 I won the military world championships in Baku, Azerbaijan.

In November of 2024 I will transition out of the military and utilize the experiences I’ve gained from my athletic and military career to excel and pursue new professional goals.

I saw Morgan at the Golf outing. He and his wife are expecting twins.
That man looks like a lean, mean fighting machine.
