The walls would have beaten them and have Dak running for his life.I would have invited the entire OL to come take a couple of shots too.
Just give it away if nothing else.Ummm, I don't care how much $ I might have, I could never tear down a perfectly good home to build a different one. I think I would have sold and moved elsewhere. That just doesn't seem smart to me.

Yep. I know exactly where that house is and Prosper has grown tremendously. Would be hard to get your hands on that much land around there today. He probably bought it for +/- $3 million 5 or so years ago. The house was likely a poor to moderately built and or finished McMansionLocation, location, location.
Hindsight being 20/20, I should have torn down/rebuild when I sold my last house...
I hear you brother.. If I ever build a new house it'll be where the one I'm living in now is sitting.Location, location, location.

I worked in the Highland Park/University Park area when I first moved here in 2003. There were still builds and rebuilds happening then. I found that the two biggest drivers were that rebuilding kept those kids in the Highland Park school district and it gave rich people the ability to say "I live in Highland Park".I interviewed in DFW area my senior year in '85 and the company took us to eat in Highland Park area and they were showing us back then all of the homes being bought, demolished and rebuilt, dozens of them all over the place even back then and its continued.
That's kind of my situation here in Waxahachie. My house is really nice, but there were houses comparable. The big difference here was the 2 acre wooded lot within 5 minutes of a Target, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.. With the growth Waxahachie and, really, all of Ellis County has seen, lots like this are extremely rare unless I move all the way out to like Maypearl and/or shell out a million dollars. I love my house, but the land is what will be hard to walk away from when I eventually leave DFW.Would be hard to get your hands on that much land around there today.
Man, I'm convinced money buys nice things...Prosper has grown tremendously.
