Bo and Blake talk college football and the coaching carousel in the first hour of the show live in the BankPlus Studio. The guys continue to discuss the biggest names on the move this off-season and the ripple effect of coaches leaving blue blood programs. Bo gives his thoughts on Ole Miss quarterback Matt Corral, who won the Conerly Trophy for best player in Mississippi, and where he stacks up among the Rebel greats. The guys discuss the SEC title game as Georgia and former Saban assistant Kirby Smart take on the dynasty of Alabama. The guys debate whether or not the Crimson Tide can challenge the undefeated Bulldogs, who are looking for their first championship since 1980.

Bo keeps making a bad point about Georgia when he says they don't play anybody. Not sure where this line of thinking came from.

They are #5 in SOS.
They went through the SEC grind plus 2 OOC P5 teams in Clemson and Georgia Tech.
They beat 3 top 25 teams (Clemson, Arkansas, Kentucky).
They beat the Auburn team that nearly beat Alabama.

The question is, who do these teams have to beat to kill these ridiculous hot takes? They can't play themselves. It will all work out this weekend but this dumb line that Georgia hasn't been tested because they've played nobody worth a crap is dumb.

Pre-season he was on Kirby Smart being a bad coach and Stetson Bennett being a bad QB. That is the excuse for that miss. All be it an inaccurate excuse.

If Georgia were playing everyone close he might have a point (actually, still wouldn't), but they've beaten the tar out of everyone they've played. The closest game was against Clemson, and even that was not as close as the score indicated.

Someone years ago suggested the best predictor of performance is the record in non-close games, that is games decided by more than one touchdown, and luck was indicated by records in close games. This year Georgia has been really good and Alabama has had quite a bit of luck.

Where are you getting that they have the #5 sos? Everything I've seen has them 40 - 50 range.
