Thank you for sharing this. Two individuals who define excellence in whatever they do.

Two things:
1) I love that they are able and unashamed to publicly talk about Joe in the context in which Joe should be discussed - as a coach,
2) I’m conversely sad that it takes two alumni to allow #1 to happen
