Scout.com's No. 46 safety nationwide also a baseball recruit. "I'll try to play both in college," he said. "I'll definitely play football, but I love baseball too."</p>

Thames plays centerfield and has a .463 batting average with 31 RBIs and four home runs so far this season. (as of May 20 per Scout.com)</p>

Either way, in-state favorite Mississippi State is going to be hard to beat. "They are only 30 minutes away and I'd prefer to stay close," he said. "It would be nice to be able to come home during the weekends and have my family come see me play. That definitely helps."</p>
Okay, Coach Croom and Coach Cohen need to get together on this guy real quick and come to some sort of an agreement.<font size="5"> This is a no brainer!!!!!</font>

My family attended that 3A championship game last year to watch our cousin play at that dump called a stadium in the heart of Jacktown last year.

This Thames guy was all over the place. Dude scored all of Louisville's touchdowns and they beat Franklin county 21-7,

see link: http://www.natchezdemocrat.com/news/2007/dec/09/two-first-half-interceptions-prove-costly-franklin/

Plus, he is an All-state selection as a junior last year and definitely looks to be a special player for somebody, hopefully us maybe.

Not one to make predictions, but I would guess this guy will be a great SEC player and maybe even greater Pro player one day.

Btw, cuz didn't get to play much. But we all became Thames fans.</p>
