Boy, this thread aged nicely. LMAO. It's sad how bad some so-called Gamecock fans root against our team over Dawn. They come out of the woodwork every time we play from a deficit. For our ladies to dig one out of the mud like that was impressive. On to Vanderbilt.
Kitts played her *** off tonight!
Kept us in the game in the first half.

Definitely did. She plays with such a fight. She had to be on the floor at least 25-30 times in this game. If I were Coach Staley, Kitts on the floor is the game tape our players would watch. Would respond with "Now this is what a player that wants to win looks like".
With all that greatness playing for LSU, they had to beat us by double digits, right? Wrong, greatness took a home L in front of their sold out crowd. Have you learned anything yet about watching a Dawn Staley coached team? We may take an L, but she always makes adjustments and we usually play better in the second half.
Kitts has no business playing during"prime time". USC won the game when she went to the bench in the second half. Pressure on Dawn to play her is a big problem.
Seriously - you must be a Vandy fan and want to physc Dwan into keeping her on the bench or you just haven’t watched many games this year

You don’t know very much about the things you comment on in these threads. LSU lost three starters from last season’s team, but I’m sure that just slipped your mind. Gotta love dudes who just say stuff with no reality backing it up.

If we're being honest, Kitts' offense didn't offset her defense and rebounding. That's why Watkins played the final 8 minutes. She took Morrow out of the game. She's also a much more able defender when switching onto Williams. But don't get me wrong, I love Chloe. She's a team player.
Chloe Kitts can play for me anytime. She may not have everything she needs or ultimately have(size, strength) but she’s a damn fighter and is fearless. She’s a good offensive player and passes, can hit from outside and make things happen inside by herself or the assist in the high low game. She’s got guts. And tough as nails. She doesn’t give up or give in. Love her.

Actually, I rather enjoy it when he's around. He is mildly entertaining. I am certain he doesn't believe any of that drivel he posts but is just getting his jollies in a perverse way.
Poor Kitts…that girl has hustle, but under the boards she gets absolutely abused. She must be leading the team in shot attempts blocked and fall downs under the basket.
Cardoso has amazing height. But does anyone else hold their breath when she attempts a simple layup under the basket?
Speaking of layups, is there a viral challenge going around to miss them?
And Raven needs to stop shooting the ball.
Fulwiley and Pao Pao are ballers. B Hall is friggin fantastic, and Dawn is a genius. See, I can do positive! Lol

Hmmm, Raven was 4-7 and 2-3 from 3 yesterday. She is shooting 52% for the year. Not sure why she should stop shooting.
And Good God Chloe just throws her body all over the place and most of the times it doesn’t seem intentional
I'm convinced that posters who complain about our team missing layups don't watch women's basketball besides our games. We lead in the nation in field goal percentage and Cardoso leads in the conference at 60%. We miss far less layups than most teams. Personally, I prefer watching the women's game because it's more about fundamentals than the height and athleticism of the men's game. The same is true about volleyball.
As for Kitts, your criticism isn't unwarranted but a bit dramatic, I think. She is just a year out of high school. Seen in that light, her play is very impressive.
And, yes, Dawn possesses some kind of genuis. Can't disagree with you there.
