Those of you that were at the Dude or those of you that watched, did you notice this through our first 4 games?



Catchers haven't called games in College for a long time. I'd say only a handful of pro catchers do at this point. What does the pack think of this?

Catchers, Pitchers and hitters have played mind games since the beginning of the sport.

A disciplined hitter wearing a Apple Watch, who looks at it when the pitcher looks at his and guesses correctly and goes yard on that pitch would cause some trust issues on next plate appearance.

Better hope for no malfunctions. Once you get out of the habit of giving & receiving signs, may not be easy to switch back on the fly unless you're practicing for that. I guess as long as pitchers & catchers still use the traditional way in practice, it wouldn't be so hard.

I don't have a problem with something like this as long as it doesn't distract me from the game. Fans can't see signs now so doesn't change anything from my perspective.
