that is some terrible **** to read right there. did you go check out the way they calculated it all? took a lot of work.
i have to admit i liked LT's comment about "buying" your way into winning across the board. i realize we are good at excuses but this one seems to hold a bit of water. but it could be argued that these schools spend more on athletics because they are winning and have the extra money to spend from donors. it comes down to a chicken before the egg type of argument. did they spend more money first or did they win first?
