CoolMy friend disagrees!
My friend says he SUCKS!!!!
I'm with Erial on this one, but you seem nice.Cool
I would much rather have Franklin as a coach than you as a fan.Glad you love mediocrity!!!!!
Unfortunate that your "friend" lives in a world where the only options are loathing a person, or accepting mediocrity ("mediocrity" of course being ranked 6th/7th in a division with 134 teams).Glad you love mediocrity!!!!!
I’ll tell him.Unfortunate that your "friend" lives in a world where the only options are loathing a person, or accepting mediocrity.
He should visit the real world sometimes, it's a pretty cool place.
Mediocrity is 5-7, 6-6 or 7-5. 10 and 11 wins may not be elite or meet your standards, but it's pretty good.Glad you love mediocrity!!!!!
Asking for a friend…..
I’ll tell my friend Franklin couldn’t coach his co€k out of his pants!!Tell your friend not to watch the Playoffs this year because he's really gonna loathe watching Franklin coach our playoff team!
Post your life's accomplishments and then we'll all compare them to Franklin's.Asking for a friend…..
I'll take the under.Post your life's accomplishments and then we'll all compare them to Franklin's.
One accomplishment is loathing a man he’s never met because he doesn’t win enough football games….so that tells you pretty much all you need to know about this clown.Post your life's accomplishments and then we'll all compare them to Franklin's.
How do you know he can’t and never will? All you know is that he hasn’t won most of the big games to this point.I like James as a Person. He seems genuine. He seems to care about his family and his players. He has the right values.
He just can win a damn big game. He never will.
I teeter on wanting him gone and keeping him because of the good things he does/professes.
Excellent post. He’s a fantastic leader and role model for young men. For that, he’s a terrific ambassador for our university and we are lucky to have him.I like James as a Person. He seems genuine. He seems to care about his family and his players. He has the right values.

I see Mr. T. Roll is here.Asking for a friend…..
It could also be much f n better. No because it could be much f n worse

. Bingo. What an absolute clown. I guess he missed that Texas, Georgia and even OSU also have lost and Alabama has lost twice. Maybe he should jump on the Notre Dame bandwagon since their loss is to mighty Northern Illinois.I would much rather have Franklin as a coach than you as a fan.
Don’t let the door hit you on the way out. He's worn his well come out with me. I wish Jason Kelce slammed him off the ground instead of that phone.
I'd rather the highest of highs and the lowest of lows than this purgatory.
I also understand that it can be much worse, but just go get a Matt Campbell or something and save 3 to 4 million dollars per year if this is who we want to be.
Maybe these impatient haters should go back and look up how long it took Paterno to win a Natty and Engle left him with a helluva lot stronger program than Franklin tookHow do you know he can’t and never will? All you know is that he hasn’t won most of the big games to this point.
Sure. Name that coach that guaranteed it would have been much fn better over last 11 years? Key word, guaranteed! It could also be much f n better.

Urban Meyer.Name a viable alternative.
That's a "partly true" statement. 1968, 1969, and 1973 were undefeated seasons not recognized by the polls at the time. So State got good pretty fast under Paterno. It's a different game now.Maybe these impatient haters should go back and look up how long it took Paterno to win a Natty and Engle left him with a helluva lot stronger program than Franklin took
over after the sanctions.
Lol. I’ll take less wins over having a scumbag as HC.Urban Meyer.
Your are dreaming of things that never were ... our "glorious highs" took place almost 40 years ago (1982 and 1986). In JoePa's final 25 years, he lost 2 or more games 23 out of 25 years. He lost 3 or more games in 18 of those 25 years.Excellent post. He’s a fantastic leader and role model for young men. For that, he’s a terrific ambassador for our university and we are lucky to have him.
The frustrating flip side of that coin is that he’s just not very good at his job, at least in so far as what his job title says he is. For that, he’ll never reclaim the glorious highs our program historically held, and we’re hopeful that he’ll be dismissed of his duties.
