damn, he would have been nice to have the last couple of years. Sorry if this has been talked about recently, but in 2005 it came down to us and Nebraska.

This isn't a sour grapes thread you **********, and OEMDawg, go read his scout articles from his recruitment. We were pretty +!#!+%+ close to signing him. The main reason I brought this up is because I know no one knew he would become this good and how close we really were to getting him. Do you douche bags just sit around and hit the refresh button to bash people for starting a topic. We had a much better shot at this kid than Perilloux. Perilloux was never going to come here, Suh actually said it was going to be a tough decision b/t State and Nebraska. Eat a dick!

I read scout, but my point was I don't think many people realize that we had a shot at him. By the way what is Perilloux up to these days anyway. Suh is one of the best at his position in years. He's an All-American. Potential first pick in the draft. I was simply bringing up the fact that we did in fact have a shot at the guy 4 years ago. I should have added did anyone realize he would develop into the type of player he did because I don't remember too much hype about him. Y'all are just ********. I'm sorry that I see this guy's name everytime I turn the t.v. on a sports channel and realize he was visiting our campus in 2005. Sorry I brought it up. Get a life people.

His sister played soccer at MSU. Without that connection, who knows if he even gives MSU a look. It sure wasn't because of the genius head coach we had employed at the time.

After his visit to State he said it was very similar to Nebraska, and that it would be a tough decision. Yes, he did visit Cal and another school later, but that is why I said we had a chance, which we did. The sister could have been the only reason but some people do like to go to college with their siblings believe it or not. I'm sorry my topic upset a few of you and it's sad Ive even had to defend myself. If your not interested in the topic don't click on it.
