I don't have his transcripts, but I don't believe he's ever graduated college.

I'd have to assume if he wanted to come back here he'd have done it by now.

He does not have his degree so he would have to complete that to be hired.

Yes. Back before he was hired by the Eagles and he was still over at 107,5, he was starting the process of completing his degree. He was going to be hired in an off-the-field position under Spurrier. But after he got the NFL gig, he stopped working on completing his degree.
