My concern about this Philly D is that when they aren’t creating turnovers and jumping to leads on teams, they aren’t all that good.

Not at all. Philadelphia receives the 2nd half kickoff. The Eagles can come back from 21-7. Plus they got Sam Howell working for them. (The interception that wasn’t is Howell to a T.) Anyway, Washington will punt.
