What exactly is the runner supposed to do when the catchers 5ft up the base path and the only way to attempt a slide is thru the catcher?
We have no idea because they went to the ECU game for the last 30 minutes and that's all they are talking about like it is the only college baseball game today. I thought we were watching squeeze play so we could see some of all the games.

That is a totally unnecessary call. What else could the LSU runners do trying slide into second base? I sure hope our umpires are little less stupid than this group is.
It was a bad call, I can only think they called it b/c they believe he started to slide a moment too late. Regardless, a bad call but LSU can also get bent.
Oh I could care less is LSU never wins another game, but what else was the LSU guy going to do?
