ESPN camera zoom...

Many times, ESPN will zoom so far in that you can't see all of the players on the field. I notice it in tonight's NC State v Cincinnati game, and I noticed it last week in our game.<div>
</div><div>Right before one play, you could only count 9 offensive players and 8 defensive. Sometimes, they'll put the top of the image on the far hash. If there's a receiver (or two) on the far side of the field, I'd like to know it.</div>

The Thursday night crew broadcasting Mississippi State games under Croom saw that showing the wide outs wasn't necessary and it got to be a habit.

I wish all TV networks would frame the picture for widescreen. Widescreen is pretty much a rule now. Even if you don't have a widescreen TV, you're getting a widescreen picture in your square TV.
