Fc Jim Thorpe's medals reinstated

Jim Thorpe, one of the greatest athletes in history, had his two gold medals from the 1912 Olympics restored by the International Olympic Committee.

Thorpe won the decathlon and pentathlon at the Stockholm Games. He was stripped of the medals in 1913 for violating the existing amateurism rules.

This begs the question what happened to the guys who were awarded gold metals when Jim was stripped of his metals. Some one won the silver medal and when Jim was stripped of gold these folks moved up to gold. Do the records now show two people with gold metals.
