Very impressive video and all the renderings. Plus, nice information on timelines, what to expect in 2024, 2025, etc

I have a friend who is an assistant football coach at Kansas. I went out to visit him last year and went to the TCU game (gameday was there).

The stadium is very old and needs a major upgrade. Facilities not as bad, but still lacking. Nowhere close to a typical power 5.

You mentioned your Uncle Pete. I went to the county fair yesterday and recalled what my wife’s Uncle Paul would say about the smell of pig ****: “You’re smelling money.”

Yes both Fonzie and I approve. It really is a beautiful setting with the open end of the stadium facing the campus that’s several hundred yds away and several hundred feet higher.
