I don't know the actual answer to the literal question. I suspect he's been to the practice facility as a former Sixers. The Sixers' current practice facility opened in 2016, whereas AI officially retired in Oct. 2013, while his last NBA game was in Feb. 2010. As such, he never saw it during his time with the Sixers.
