Good for him. These whack jobs are using their positions to indoctrinate our children into their views as opposed to educating them or at least encouraging free thinking and expression.
Good bet. Plaintiff is an at-will employee who refused to teach a directed curriculum. Content of said curriculum is pretty much irrelevant.
Yeah. He wasn’t fired or threatened to be fired that I read. He’s also suing anyone associated with Penn State which is a pretty obvious red flag
