#5 - highest ranking under CJF? And I guess PSU did beat one top 10 team and two top 12 teams (since 12 teams make the playoff now).

IMO, Texas was gifted the win over Arizona State with the non call.
Truly doesn't matter 2nd thorough 5 or really 2nd through 10 but how is PSU not higher than Texas
