Other than ND, who are the other independents? Is BYU one? I feel like they moved to that recently.

Yikes at the Big 12. 2nd worst conferences at .429, Big 12 at .222. That's about as bad as the Big 12's showing last night was.

ND is considered a member of the ACC for football.
In all other sports they are, but not in football. They have a special deal to schedule 5-6 ACC teams a year, and they are in their bowl rotation, but they don't officially compete in the conference in football. The only year they've ever been in a conference was the ACC, where they actually played Clemson in the ACCCG, in 2020, but that was a one time special deal because of Covid.

🤦‍♂️ You're right....I knew they weren't a full time member but got it backwards.

Some people will look at the SEC 7-5 and laugh. Huge amount of SEC play bowl games against 2nd teams in their conferences. When top matches up against top and bottom paired up with bottom, SEC dominates.

Of the 5 SEC losses, 4 teams were from the East and we know who fell flat from the West.
