#13 was completely underused and disrespected today….again.Kotelnicki is a fraud. Offense vanilla and horizontal until we fall behind by 2+ scores. The 4 redzone plays at the end were comically inept, especially with 10 in game and 13 on bench.

In year 12 I feel entitled to beat UCLA that lost at home by 25 to New Mexico. Guilty. This team and most of its fan base, has an entitlement attitude that undermines the actual difficult planning and damn hard work it takes to reach the top in sports.
DeleteYour unending verbal diarrhea of pro-Franklin posts deserve same. GFY twice and then come back to the board and formally apologize for being innately stupid.
It's time. Sit down with Franklin and negotiate an exit strategy. Let Franklin go to a middling ACC or Big 12 squad to help rebuild their program. Get someone who understands how to build teams in the trenches. Someone willing to sit an ineffective player, regardless of whether it hurts his draft stock.
Franklin would be better served by going the Urban route and just retiring early. Get a nice gig on the Fox Big Noon pregame show or some such. It's time. If he has invested even poorly, Frankin will never need to work another day im his life.Franklin would be better served by going the Urban route and just retiring early. Get a nice gig on the Fox Big Noon pregame show or some such.
Why? He’d leave $50 million on the table.Franklin would be better served by going the Urban route and just retiring early. Get a nice gig on the Fox Big Noon pregame show or some such.
Are you thinking negotiated buy out? Why? He’d leave $50 million on the table.
Sunk in that is is getting paid $50m if he is coach or not. If PSU cut ties CJF gets $50m if CJF continues to be coach he gets $50m.Sunk for 5 more years or a negotiated buy-out such that it gets paid and PSU starts anew?
I think he would if it was Penn State.Urban, Gruden then Kiffin. Not sure Gruden wants to coach college
Players still attend classes and maintain "normal progress" towards a degree? Sure they do.He would sink the grad rates and the players would start ending up in jail
Move him to the basement.Like I said in another post. Don’t fire him…just move him out of the football office. It’ll be far cheaper to keep him on the payroll then buy out his ridiculous contract. Maybe his pride would compel him to walk away.
Put him on the cheerleader squad, that’s all he is ………… a cheerleader.Give Franklin a different job and name somebody on the staff head coach. They have to pay him anyway. Head janitor works for me. He could be the highest paid janitor in history.
Im sure the team all got their hugs and coloring books for the trip home.We need to get our brand back of a hard-nosed football program. It is MIA (to say the least).
Not in this age of college football.I consider that a positive
Now this is very funny. My top 5 candidates:
Ricky Rahne
Brent Pry
John Donovan
Jay Paterno
Twink Neuheisel
“I’ll see ya in hell Franklin!”What exit strategy? You fire him and pay the buyout. There is no incentive for Franklin to work with PSU on an exit, unless Penn State is going to go all Play Now with George Costanza.

Can't recruitGolden has successfully coached all phases of the game...
Sounds exactly like Saban. I know he wouldnt want to coach, but i sure would bring him in to help with the search, including interviews. I want Saban to help find the next Saban. It's time.
