Football parking question

I'm referring to the black lot in specific, but do the lowest space numbers start on the George Rogers Rd. side of the fairgrounds closest to the stadium?
Ex. Black lot, row#, space#.

Yes. They renumbered the rows this year. Row 1 is the ones along the fence line. Then each row starts with #1 and goes to the back end of the lot.

No longer have rows that go down one side and numbers get higher on opposite side coming back up.
